Financial Monitoring and Document Tracking System
The primary function of the Financial Monitoring System is to upgrade the monitoring process of financial transactions of the Provincial Government of South Cotabato from basic pen-and-paper transactions to the digital landscape. End users can monitor the balances of regular accounts, local development fund, special education fund, continuing accounts, and trust fund. The system can also be used to create OBRs for charging of accounts and DVs as basis for check payments. It is paired with the Document Tracking System to alleviate the problem of manually tracking the daily influx of paperwork. Through the system, end users can track the flow and location of different financial documents as they go through the PGSC offices.
